Myth 1: You need a special diet if you have diabetes

These specialty products are often still high in saturated fat and calories. The sweeteners used can also have a bad effect on your body. Myth 2: People with diabetes are not allowed to eat fruit
Fruit is a healthy choice to go with vegetables.
